No, but another sugarbritches, of course. You have good taste.
Trying to remember who Grizzy guessed it was...which I could see....but I can't remember now and neither can he. But he was wrong.

This is one sad-eyed and tense dude at this time in his life. On his way to possible death?
I dunno. John Wayne?
Hope I don't win 'cuz I can't do pics.

He's got the eyes for Paul, but he's not very attractive in that picture.

Ummmm -- Henry Fonda perhaps?

All I can say is that I have always found this man to be a real sugarbritches. Even now. Considerably older and grayer. Doesn't matter. Any ideas?? He must still be alive, so that would omit Henry Fonda, unless Gracie mislead us or I mistook her words. Well, if he's not alive, maybe, but no....Jimmy Stewart? I don't think it is.

Just home from work, sorry to keep you waiting.
None of the guesses, good as they are, were right. And he IS still alive--not on his way to death, thank the heavens.
He wasn't just a soldier, but a military brat. He earned honors in athletics. He was a Rhodes scholar, and was slated to become a professor at West Point.
He's tried at his hand at more careers than I could name...and succeeded at just about everything he's tried.

YES! I told you, I chose the picture that looked LEAST like him. He's much better looking than this shows, isn't he? I knew if I said singer/songwriter/actor, it'd be too easy....most people do know about the Rhodes scholar thing, though. Good job!

I knew I'd kick myself once I found out...he looked so familiar. I needed to put a beard on the photo.

Well, I didn't think you'd call Bill Bradley a sugarbritches.

Am I sure it's Kris? yeah! Like Dan says, it's the lack of the beard that startles you....
I had decided I'd use him because I knew he was pretty unrecognizeable in his younger days, so I typed his name into Google images and that's the one I chose. I've seen others that are similar but this pose was a little different.
I love the way he looks with long hair and a beard...he's clean shaven again, now, I think...and I still miss the beard.
Did you ever see him in "A Soldier's Daughter Never Cries"? It was cool...set in Paris...he was playing the author James Jones. We loved it.

(while we wait for Jane, of course). Shoot, Jane is probably lying on some tropical beach right now, a tall cold one in one hand, a trashy magazine in the other, while a nicely-built boy toy slathers sun lotion on her shoulders. She IS retired, you know.

Ooooh, I could go for some-a what Jane's got...if that's what she's got. (Sorry, Griz, but you know I was meant to be a beach babe....)
Let's see....let...me...see....
Aha! Off in search of...

Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee....[/quote] Let's see if I can do it THIS time. The one I want you to identify is the third from the left...young blonde man. Yes, he is still alive. No, his acting career didn't last long. And he is a personal friend of mine....and a very good kisser. Ask me, I know!
