A Prairie Home Companion scoots down to St. Louis (where my cousin, Marion, lives, btw.) From the Fox Theater they'll feature vocalist and songwriter Erin Bode and the Shoe Band will cameo the St. Louis horn section, including Dave Bargeron, Jon-Erik Kellso, Kathy Jensen. (Have I rhapsodized about my latest lust-band? The Iguanas are so fabulous I can hardly stand it. They've got a horn section that makes me wanna...<ahem> back to the thread)...My Man-Minx, Andy Stein, will be teasing us with his baritone sax, too.

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. The weather here is getting colder and more grey - they're forecasting snow tonight into tomorrow morning, so we're all hoping to make it out of here in the morning.
Looks to be a good show tonight - leaning heavily on the Shoe band with the horn section. Have fun!

Thanks Thomas. We had a helluva storm. 11 dead in the UK alone - including a 6 year old crushed by a wall. Very sad. But it was worse in Holland and as far as Prague. Now, what was the question going to be? ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

I remember when they built the Arch. Everyone joked that East St. Louis ought to build a giant croquet mallet & ball.
