How do you get back to the Prairie Chatter home page after posting or reading posts?
I really (and always!) wish there was a button at the bottom of every page to navigate back to the home screen. The only way I've figured out how to get directly back (not just click the back arrow several times) is to scroll back up to the top of the page and click on "Home." If there are a lot of posts on the page it's a pain to have to scroll all the way back up to the top.
I realize this is a first-world problem and that there are far worse challenges in life than all that scrolling, but I've just always wondered if others have noticed this and/or have a better/simpler method.

That's all I know, but I'm used to taking the long way around the barn in most things.

I too scroll up and click "Home." Do I sound "Minnesotan" if I say "It's not that bad"?

Yup, I scroll up and click "Home," too. It seems the easiest way.

You could click the "Back" arrow, but if you are more than one step from the home page, you could need numerous clicks.

You could click the "Back" arrow, but if you are more than one step from the home page, you could need numerous clicks. Dropping in for quick peek... Hello everyone. Regarding your question: Click the little gear icon upper right of each post and click back to top. OR: If you really want to be fancy, add this link to your signature line like I just did: PrairieChatter HomeClicking that link opens the home page in a new window/tab, but is that worse? Thomas

Hey Thomas!
That's cool - we should have thought of using the "settings" gear!

well, sheesh, I don't think I've ever seen that little gear icon, and certainly didn't know what it did. Thanks, Thomas!

Thomas Wow, both suggestions are pretty cool! So nice to see you, Thomas. I'll never forget you giving me a copy of the script out at Tanglewood, way back in the Olden Days.

I hadn't thought to check out the Question of the Day in many years. So I did to happily see Bookie's question and clever answer by Thomas. Always learning something!
