It tells me: LOL I wonder how much older or younger I'd be if I had said I most looked forward to summer, or that my health was excellent. There were several like that where it was hard to choose, but for better or worse, I've just become 25 years younger than the calendar thinks. Edited to add: I just retook it and having great health, wanting dinner with others on Friday, and looking forward to summer advanced my age to 64.

Although allegedly only 10.7% of people taking the quiz are 46, in our group it's 100% - namely Joe and I are both 46.
Really of course, I am 63. I can even show you my birth certificate, and possibly my college transcript, to prove it.

You're 46 years old! You are smack dab in the middle of your mid-life crisis. You aren't sure if the decisions you've made up to this point were the best ones, and you have no idea what you want for the future. You have the sinking feeling that you've made a mistake (or more) in the way you've been living your life, so you set out to find whatever it is you're lacking. Whether that be making an impulse purchase on a motorcycle or deciding to quit your job, you're ready for something new. Hang in there; your friends and family are there to help you through this difficult time!
Same results, here, folks. There were several I could have answered "none of the above", so I don't know where that would have put me.

Well, guess what?!?!?

I just turned in my resignation! Yeah! I had a slight panic attack this morning about 5:00 a.m. I'm better now. This really isn't a difficult time, as much as a career change and being strong enough to go after a better work life. I am doing this!

Jack Benny stayed 39. Apparently Garrison Keillor keeps his fans 46.

I check in, after a long absence, and take this quiz to find out I'm 64 years old. What's up with that? BB? Resigning? Wow! Best wishes in your quest for something new! Going to try to check in more often.

O.K. This isn't even funny. I'm not as old as many of you and this is what I got.
You're 99 years young! You've lived a long and fulfilling life, and you're ready to enjoy some much-needed rest. Because of your long life, you are very wise, respected, and knowledgeable, able to give important advice about life to your loved ones. Even though your health isn't at its best, you know that it's important to avoid dwelling on the negative. Make each day count, because you never know how much time you have left!
Is it because I chose Frank Sinatra? Or because I admitted my body isn't as young as it used to be? Or because I said I am exhausted? (I am. I have too much to do at work and too much to do at home and I get up at 5:15 every morning.) Waaaaaa! I want to be 46 (or even 64), too!

I actually went from 46 to 64 when I changed from "body not as young" to "great health."

Yeah, I went back and changed something that I thought would make me even younger and it made me older, too. I don't know how these tests work with such a small amount of information. I think the medieval one is spectacular and right on! Lirio, take the test again and see what you get. There are several questions that you can truthfully answer differently. I'm surprised that they even have an option of 99 years old. It must be referring to your vast wisdom-years. Funny how we all want the knowledge of age, but not the cranky old bones that go with it.

No time for the quiz right now, but I'm already thinking about how to game the system, so it's not likely to be very accurate.
BB, I'm glad the panic attack has passed. Remember - on those deep breathing exercises, it's crucial to let all the breath out! They always say, "take a deep relaxing breath," but you have to breathe out just as long or you'll hyperventilate. I am an old hand at panic.
K is right. Not only can you do this, but it's going to be fun. (You said you were Pollyanna, and now I'm sounding that way.) Would singing Qué Sera, Sera" help? Or just sing whatever are your favorite songs. Concentrating on the words and hitting the notes (not so easy for me) helps me re-focus. You can't panic while singing "By the Light of the Silvery Moon."

Actually, there was just that moment early in the morning. The rest of the week has been SO GOOD. I have made the right decision, thrust on me as it was at the perfectly right time.

Well, I took it again. I answered a few questions differently - the one about what I would do in the evening, the one about my health, maybe one more. And my true age this time?
You're 99 years young! You've lived a long and fulfilling life, and you're ready to enjoy some much-needed rest. Yep, I'm consistent! Should I take some consolation in the fact that only 2% of those who take the test achieve this result? Are we an elite group of people or what?

So I took the test and it wouldn't give me an answer. Maybe I broke it! But I agree, most of the choices left me with no choice or one I had to stretch really really far to select. Sometimes I'm 6 and sometimes I'm with the 99-yr-olds.
We must all be ageless!

Ageless, indeed! I retook the test and changed some answers that I could honestly have picked differently. Some of the questions I couldn't answer differently because the other options were simply outside of my realm. "You're 5 years old! You are really a kid at heart, and you love riding your bike, playing video games, and goofing off with your friends. The serious issues of the world aren't even on your radar. You just want to have fun and not get picked on! You are a healthy, happy kid with the world at your fingertips. Keep your positive, youthful attitude as long as you can!" Apparently I have found the Fountain of Youth. edit: This is most surprising because I would NEVER be playing video games on Friday night.

And you know what? I actually picked that answer the second time. I sometimes do sit and play Words with Friends or other games on my iPad while we watch something on t.v., so I thought it was still a truthful answer (although maybe those don't really count as video games). Anyway, it still gave me 99 years old. I'm blaming Frank Sinatra.

42 for me - something like "mature and calculated" while being "connected to emotions" - can a person even be calculated? one can be calculating, but I hope I'm not. And then where do the feelings come in? Then it said I "already knew" what I wanted from life, which I guess means BB at 46 has forgotten? As usual I started nitpicking at the diction and realized I should probably stop doing these little quizzes. But of course I won't, because it's my nature to kvetch.
