I want a rules interp from ITMA! Is changing the order and one letter counted as two letter changes?

Y'all should know which word comes next. Then we can start round II.

(ITMA said on page one that changing the order of the letters is not allowed.)

Changing the order and one letter is out of order.
So is adding letters, but whilst I think we might not have exhausted all four-letter words (no, slb, not that one) let's go with the flow.
Carry on.

Itma, I might be sassy, but I'm not fowl/foul-mouthed (usually). So I'm not sure which four-letter-word you mean.
It's also interesting how the words selected in the past four or so posts reflect, so keenly, the author.
Er, maybe not that last one. Itma, do you know the American slang meaning of the word prick?

Yes I think I understand prick can mean many things - I have often been called one - but I was thinking of pricking a balloon or someone's conscience - when I posted that word.
Moving on, so after prank it has to be...

Did we skip gk's submission of "trunk" Shouldn't the next word be "truck" or something along those lines?

'sokay, Thomas. I had a bad feeling because I wasn't sure where we'd go after truck, so the other entry was better.
My turn? stung

Now I'm starting to have a problem. There are either cheaters, teachers or inattentative people among us tonight.
This is my English teacher stepping out for a brief scolding. Mr. Scheuzger is doing his best to keep us on track. Not to single him out because then he might get beat up at recess.
No. You are not allowed to go in two different dirrections at the same time. You can't change the rules. That is never, ever allowed. You will all get this simple game straight before the bell rings or you will not like your report cards this quarter. And neither will your mommies and daddies.
And you could miss lunch.
There is no making excuses for the younger members of the class. They need to learn self-discipline. You elders have to take responsibility to lead the way.
And if I leave late and all my tires are flat you are all going to have to play this danged game for the rest of the quarter.
Now. Are you ready to have fun? *Puts on her nicest smile* Because learning is supposed to be fun.
(I'm suddenly just snickering because I know what happens after that kinda lecture. All hell breaks loose and NOBODY will follow the instructions.)
So nevermind.
Now I'm sitting back down in my little desk in the back row and will try to follow what the teacher said.
Where have you people been for forty years anyway? Did you forget? Or is it just because I can't hit you anymore without getting sued?

Sidling up to Mrs. Brittlehart, I say, "Please, ma'am, does that mean I'm teacher's pet?"
Since our posts were a split-second apart, I'm willing to concede my (rightful)place as first responder. The game has progressed and we can let bygones be bygones.
