This is a fairly technical CME quiz from new England Journal of Medicine, but because it is a beta test of an interactive format, it is free to all including non-subscribers. The topic is a 31 year old woman who comes to the ER not feeling well. It turns out (spoiler alert) she has nutritional deficiencies due to a gastric bypass 5 years earlier. Even if you haven't been to med school and you don't know all the medical details, the format and the pictures are pretty cool. www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMimc1113471?query=TOC

Brigham and Women's Hospital: I worked there in the early 1980s when they first opened the towers.
Apparently, I should be a family/general practitioner. But I took the guest test and didn't save my answers.
