The chocolate salmon is just that, DW. Have you seen the smoked salmon that you can buy on a wooden chopping board? Well, the chocolate maker made me a salmon-shaped chocolate that fits right on one of those wooden boards. Cool - it's for my son, who loves them.

Thomas, you may be right about the German spelling. My grandmother was Swedish, so maybe that's the reason.
