John Deere has that fabulous beautiful Eero Saarinen designed HQ building and an amazing museum of farm equipment. I was in Moline once for some business with John Deere and my work companion/sales guy grew up a Nebraska farm boy and he proudly showed my the equipment that his father, grandfather, maybe even great-grand has used on their farm.
The Quad Cities are a very nice place.

The Broncos are playing the Seahawks on Sept 12 Monday Night Football, their first opening game. Russell Wilson, formerly the Seahawks stellar QB is now a Bronco and I would love to go in full Bronco orange regalia, offered to buy my husband tickets as a birthday present. He said "No thanks" he rather watch them on the "wide-screen TV" (our is really of limited size, not that big) at home.
I was surprised how easy it is to buy tix for NFL games. When we lived in Denver you could NEVER buy Bronco tickets without an "in." I went to a home game ONCE in 12 years, and only because our friend Early, who had sold us partial rights to Denver Nuggets (NBA) season tickets also occasionally sold us Bronco tix. It was before the internet and StubHub though.
Still today divorcing couples will settle quickly on the house, the child support, property division except for season tickets to the Broncos. That takes forever.

Take care folks... another week ahead of us and holding my breath that we don't have another Trump grandstanding with his appointed judge to derail the whole Department of Justice!

That Del McCoury is amazing, no?
Y'all have a great week. Sorry dw, but there will be more grandstanding guaranteed with the Trump show, though I do believe his latest caper law suit was sent back to the appropriate judge, not the appointed favorite. Sadly for Trump, even "his" appointees are inclined to follow the law.
